Core/Project Funders





The Centre is also in receipt of substantial project funding for development education work in the formal and non-formal education sectors from:
 Development Cooperation Ireland (DCI) is the Government of Ireland’s programme of assistance to developing countries. It also administers the Irish Government's Development Education Programme.
 The Department for International Development (DFID) is the part of the UK Government that manages Britain's aid to poor countries and works to get rid of extreme poverty. It also administers the Government's development education work.

Networks
The Centre has effective and rewarding partnerships with the development networks below: - The Coalition of Aid and Development Agencies (CADA) is a catalyst network in Northern Ireland with the aim of supporting international development, promoting development education, and influencing policy at local, national and international levels.
- The Development Education Association (DEA) is an umbrella network of over 200 members throughout the UK with the aim of promoting the global dimension in education.
- Dochas is the umbrella organisation of Irish Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) involved in development and relief overseas and/or in the provision of development education.
