What is the Centre for Global Education?

The Centre for Global Education (CGE) was established in 1986 by eight development agencies to provide education services that address the root causes of poverty and inequality and support learners in taking action for positive social and economic change.

CGE delivers training, produces publications, commissions research and manages projects that education can empower individuals and communities to play an active role in tackling injustice locally and internationally.
